Erin Carey
Owner/Teacher
Ms. Carey is an experienced violinist and educator, currently residing in Silverton, Oregon. Erin is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and she grew up singing and playing the violin since 4 years old.
As a performer, Erin specializes in chamber music and delights in connecting musical genres such as classical and Irish traditional or jazz and folk music. She performs with the Newport Symphony Orchestra in Newport, Oregon and Irish band Slugger O’Toole based in Eugene, Oregon.
Erin’s teaching style combines her years studying the Suzuki method as a child with a broad range of additional musical influences. Bring Erin your favorite song and you can most likely learn it on your instrument!
